She has a background in human resources, nearly a decade as a software engineer, and has owned and operating multiple Anytime Fitness gyms, with extensive hands-on real estate investing. Having owned and managed over two dozen properties, including rentals and renovation projects, Melody offers deep insight into property value, strategy, and long-term investment potential.
As a business owner and operator, she is known for her attention to detail, organization, and ability to anticipate challenges — ensuring a smooth, well-executed experience from start to finish.
Angelo Jennings brings a hands-on approach to real estate, shaped by years of working directly in homes and improving them. Originally from Ireland, he built his entrepreneurial foundation in the U.S., launching a successful grout and tile restoration business before establishing Grout & Carpet Wizards in Central Virginia.
Having worked in thousands of homes, Angelo has developed a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of what buyers notice. From property care to strategic improvements, he helps clients prepare their homes to stand out and perform in the market.
